There mare mainly two methods for us to exchange defective products. We regret that you cannot specify it.
- We send out replacement after customers have sent back the defective parts.(1)
- We send out replacement and then arrange DHL or FedEx to pick-up the defective part (we will inform you if there is no need to return the defective parts).(2)

(1)Customers send back defective parts first
1. We will ask you to provide the necessary information for pick-up arrangement (name, zipcode, address, phone number)

2. Please reply and provide your information
↓
3. We will send you the shipment label and the URL for you to schedule pick-up yourselves
↓
4. Please pack the defective parts, hand over it and the printed label to DHL or FedEx staff
↓
5. We will send out replacements after we confirmed the conditions of your products(the original product will be sent back if it is not a defect)
IMPORTANT:
※1Be sure not to pack the product packaging, parts those are not defective, and any other personal belongings in the parcel, we are not able to replace or return them.
※1We will cover the shipment fee for returning and sending replacements, but taxes and fees incurred after replacement shipment are the customer's responsibility.
(2)We send out replacement first
1. We will send out replacements through Japan Post

2. Please contact us and provide your personal information after you have received the parcel
↓
3. We will send you the shipment label and the URL for you to schedule pick-up yourselves
↓
4. Please pack the defective parts, hand over it and the printed label to DHL or FedEx staff
IMPORTANT:
※1Please finish the hand-over process within 15 days after you have received the replacement.
※2Any personal belongings in the parcel will not be returned.
※3We will cover the shipment fee for returning and sending replacements, but taxes and fees incurred after replacement shipment are the customer's responsibility.
※4We may not be able to provide customer support service afterwards if you do not send back the defective parts.
