- Only brand new products purchased from authorized stores are eligible for customer support services.
- The packaging is designed to protect the product itself, and unfortunately we will not offer a replacement for damaged packaging.
- We will confirm the condition of the replacement before sending it out, therefore we are not able to replace with a brand-new product.
Blythe products in the following states are not eligible for customer support serivces.
- Products that have been purchased for more than 6 months
- Blythe manufactured by TAKARATOMY
- Second-hand, re-sale or gifted item
- No receipt or proof of purchase can be provided
- Products that have been repaired, disassembled or modified by customers
- Lost or damaged products due to the carelessness of customers
