Products eligible for customer support
Our customer support will only replace or exchange parts with defects that can be confirmed to have occurred at the time of shipment. Therefore, products in the following states are not eligible.
Customer support for released products will only be offered while replacement part stock is available. We may not be able to respond to your requests even if the product is recently purchased.
- Used and second hand products
- Products that have been delivered for more than 6 months
- Consumer-to-consumer transaction
- Products bought from stores selling second hand products
- Lost or damaged parts due to the carelessness of customers
- Circumstances that occur during manufacturing and transportation process
- Products not available for sales outside Japan
- Transferred items (gifts)
Transferred items (gifts) are considered as second hand products.
We will not be able to respond to inquiries from customer who have received a transferred item (gift) from others.
※We may not be able to respond to your requests even if you have kept the products in an unopened condition.
We recommended that you open the product and check its condition promptly after purchase or arrival.
