Products eligible for customer support
Our customer support will only replace or exchange parts with defects that can be confirmed to have occurred at the time of shipment. Therefore, products in the following states are not eligible.
Customer support for released products will be terminated when the replacement stock is no longer available. In such cases, we may not be able to respond to your requests even if the product does not fall under any of the following categories.
- Opened or second hand products
- Products that have been delivered for more than 6 months
- Consumer-to-consumer transaction on auction, flea market and other private sales websites
- Products bought from stores selling second hand products
- Items sent to our company without prior notice
- Lost or damaged parts due to the carelessness of customers
- Circumstances that occur during manufacturing and transportation process
- Products not available for sales outside Japan
- Transferred items (gifts)
Transferred items (gifts) are considered as second hand products.
We will not be able to respond to inquiries from customer who have received a transferred item (gift) from others.
* We may not be able to respond to your requests even if you have kept the products in an unopened condition.
We recommended that you open the product and check its condition promptly after purchase or arrival.
