At the Good Smile Company Online Store, you can register and log in using your email address and password, as well as your Google, Facebook, LINE, or Amazon accounts. Available registration and login methods vary depending on the registered region of your Official Store account.

1. If You Have Deleted Your External Account
If you registered for the Online Store using a Google, Facebook, LINE, or Amazon account and subsequently deleted that external account, you may no longer be able to log into the Online Store using that method.
If you accidentally deleted your external account, please first attempt to recover or reactivate your account through the respective service provider. If it cannot be recovered, please check the guidelines below based on your current order status:
-If all your orders have already been successfully received: Please submit a request to delete your account. (※1)
-If you still have any orders that you have NOT received yet: Please contact Customer Support for assistance.

2. You Cannot Create a New Account with an Already Registered Email Address
You cannot create multiple Online Store accounts using the exact same email address.
If you have already registered using an Email Address + Password method, you cannot create a new account using a Google, Facebook, or Amazon account that shares that same email address.
Conversely, if you registered using a Google, Facebook, or Amazon account, you cannot create a new registration using the same email address via the "Email Address + Password" method.
When registering via LINE Login, the email address associated with your LINE account will not be automatically applied as your Online Store email. You will be required to enter the email address you wish to use for the Online Store during registration. Please note that you cannot use an email address that is already registered with an existing Online Store account.
3. Regarding LINE Login and LINE Account Linking (Japan Accounts Only)

LINE Login and LINE Account Linking are exclusively available for accounts whose registered region is set to Japan.
If you already have an Online Store account via Email Address + Password, Google, Facebook, or Amazon, you can still link your LINE account afterward. Once linked, you will be able to log in using LINE in addition to your original login method.

How to Link Your LINE Account:
1. Log into the Good Smile Company Online Store and open your My Account page.
2. Click on the "Link LINE Account (Japan Only)" button within the My Account menu, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
