Email alias
An email alias is a variation of your primary email address, created by adding a plus sign ("+") and any text (e.g., +abc).
Example:
Original email address: goodsmilecompany@gsc.com
With alias: goodsmilecompany+support@gsc.com
While email addresses containing aliases could be used for registration on the previous online shop, they cannot be used on the new Good Smile Company Online Store website.
For customers who used an alias email address on the previous online shop:
You will not be able to reset your password when registering on the new Online Store, and you will need to contact Customer Support to update your email address.
Please provide both your previously registered email address (including the alias) and the new email address you wish to use.
RFC-noncompliant email address
An RFC (Request for Comments) is a document officially published by the IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force), an organization that defines technical standards for the Internet.
An RFC-noncompliant email address is one that does not conform to the specifications and requirements set forth in those RFC standards.
(Case 1) Periods (".") before an at sign ("@") or at the beginning of an email address
