1. "500 server error" when trying to log in to My Account
If you did not properly [migrate] your old Goodsmile Online Shop account and only performed a [Password Reset], a 500 server error will occur due to a lack of [Member information required for a new account] which prevents you from logging in.
You need to register the necessary information with customer support to correct the error. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact customer support with the required information below (chat support is also available).
- Your address including country of residence (*)
- Gender (Male/Female/Other)
- Date of Birth (Year/Month/Day)

2. I want to sign up for a membership
■When registering a new account on the Good Smile Company Online Store
After you enter your email address on the new member registration page, "provincial account registration completion email" will be sent. Please check your email and access the URL and complete your sign up by registering necessary user information.

- Email address originally registered on the old GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP

3. Can I use the Good Smile Company Online Store without signing up for a membership?
Users who are not members can only browse through products listed on the Good Smile Company Online Store. If you want to preorder or purchase a product, you will need to register as a member.
4. Can I register with my mobile carrier's email address?
You can register using your mobile carrier's email address. However, depending on the email system of your service provider, you may not be able to receive emails from our company due to character limits or encoding method. We recommend that you register with an email address from a Commercial Email Service Provider.
Important notifications and news from the official store, such as order confirmation emails, payment confirmation, and payment error notifications in case of payment failure, are sent to your registered email address.
In some cases, our automated emails will be classified as spam by your Email Service Provider, so please change your personal email settings or create a special filter so that you can receive emails directly to your Inbox or Designated folder by adding "shop@goodsmile.jp" to the filter.
Even if our initial automated emails have been received and successfuly filtered to your main inbox folder, the algorithm of your Email Service Provider may change the treatment of our future emails. If you've received an email successfully, our future automated emails may not be filtered the same way by your Email Service Provider's algorithm. Please check your spam and other email folders regularly.

5. Is there a membership fee?
Membership is free. There is no subscription fee, registration fee, annual membership fee, nor usage fee.
6. I want to check and change the contents of my membership
You can log in to My Account with your registered email address and password to check and change your membership details.
If there is a change in your shipping address due to moving, relocating, or etc. , please do not just add a new address in your Address Book, but to also change shipping address of your affected existing orders in your Order History via the order's "Details"
Updates to the Shipping and Billing Address will not automatically update if a single order was updated, so if you do not change the shipping address of each order, it will be shipped to the originally registered shipping address.

7. Characters that can be set as your password
The password must contain all of the following:
- Half-width lowercase letters
- Half-width uppercase letters
- Numbers
- Symbols (Applicable Symbols are ! " # $ % & ' ( ) * + , - . / : ; < = > ? @ [ \ ] ^ _ ´ { | } ~ )

8. I've forgotten my password so I want to check it with Customer Support
Customer Support cannot verify your password.
If you forgot your password, you will need to manually reset it.

9. I want to change my password

If you can log in to your My Account with your registered email address and password, you can change your password by accessing the "Account Information" page. The new password will take effect the next time you log in.

10. I want to terminate/delete my account
Please check the Article below and contact customer support to let them know that you would like to withdraw your membership. After confirming the details of your inquiry, the customer support will process your account's termination.
Account termination is only possible if there are no unfulfilled orders at the time of request.

11. I have not received the "Provisional Registration Email" nor "Account Migration Email."
Possible causes may include the following:
- The entered email address is incorrect.
- Our automated email was sorted into your spam or other email folders
From a security viewpoint, the automated email sent completion screen will still be displayed even if the entered email address is invalid or incorrect.
12. I don't remember registering as a member, but I received a "Your registration is completed" email
We will check your registration status, so please submit an inquiry to our Customer Support.
