For customers in Taiwan ordering from the Good Smile Company online store, products are not shipped directly from our company. Instead, they are first routed through a local warehouse in Taiwan, and then delivered from there to the customers.
The shipping process is as follows:
- We send a shipment confirmation email to the customer
- The required quantity for delivery to Taiwan customers is collectively shipped from the factory (※)
- The shipment arrives at the local warehouse in Taiwan
- Products are individually packed at the local warehouse and then shipped to the customers
- We send a shipping notification email to the customer (including the tracking number and other information)
- The products are delivered to the customer
The date indicated on our "Shipping Calendar" (the date provided in the shipment confirmation email) refers to the shipping date when the products are shipped from the warehouse in Japan, which occurs between steps 【2】 and 【3】. (This is the shipping date for customers who purchase from the Good Smile Company online store and reside outside Taiwan.)
(※) The timing of 【2】 is before the "shipping date when the product leaves the warehouse in Japan," but currently, it takes about 1 to 2 months from 【2】 to 【6】. (This is mainly due to the time required for import procedures and inspections at Taiwan customs during 【3】.)
The time required for inspections in Taiwan is beyond our control. We cannot provide an exact timeframe, and even if you contact Customer Support, we will be unable to offer a reply.
