Shipping address can be changed from your account page until the shipping date has been decided for your ordered item.
However, if the "Update" button is not displayed, it indicates that the shipment preparation has already begun, and therefore, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
In the case of a change of residence or other reasons requiring an address update, please note the following:
- Updating your “Shipping & Billing Address” alone will not apply to orders that have already been placed.
- Each order requires its own individual address change procedure.
Please be mindful that you must update the shipping address per order number.
If the address is not updated, the item may be shipped to your previous address.
Steps to Update Your Shipping Address
- Log into your account and click "Order History".
- Click the "Details" button of the order to be updated.
- Click the "Update" button on the Shipping Address section.
※For orders with the "Update" button unavailable, the shipping address cannot be changed.In such case, please arrange change of delivery address directly with the delivery company.
- The procedures for updating your delivery address or adding a new address are as follows:
- To edit existing address, please click the button indicated as ① in the image below.
- To add a new address to your account, please click the button indicated as ②.
- Select the appropriate delivery address as shown in ③.
