A 500 server error may occur during screen transitions.
This error has been confirmed to surface when the following occurs:
- The "account migration" between the previous and new online stores was not fully completed.
- The shipping address is not selected(left blank) when you press the "Place order" button.
① Mandatory account information is incomplete
If only the password reset is performed without completing the account migration, a 500 server error may occur due to missing required account information.
Steps to take
Customer Support will register the missing mandatory information to resolve this issue.
If you have tried to a password reset, you will not be able to log in to My Account properly, and you will not be able to correct this issue yourself.
Please contact customer support with the required information below (chat support is available in Japanese only).
- Your address (*)
- Gender (Male/Female/Other)
- Date of Birth (Year/Month/Day)
(*) "Region" setting is based on your current country of residence area and is mandatory.

② No shipping address selected
Please make sure that your shipping address and billing bddress are selected before pressing the "Place order" button.
*"Billing address" will only appear after your "Shipping address" is selected.
