If you wish to update your credit card information due to expiration or payment failure, you can do so from My Account.
* For customers using PayPal payment, procedure updating payment information is the same, but you will need to contact customer support staff after changes.
Procedure
①Login to your “My Account” and click on the “order history”
②Click on the “Details” button of the order you want to change
③Click on the “Update” button of the payment method
④Click “Enter a New Credit Card” and follow the on-screen instruction to add your new credit card information.
Re-payment
Your credit card payment will be automatically re-processed the next day. Please wait for the re-processing to complete after updating your credit card information.
For PayPal customers, we will process the payment manually, so please contact customer support team after making the changes.
