We do not accept changes or cancellations of the payment method for your order. Please make sure that the details of your order are correct before checking out an order.
Credit Card Purchases
The Good Smile Company Online Store accepts the following credit card brands:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- JCB
- American Express
- Diners Club
* Only credit cards that support the authentication service (3D Secure 2.0) can be used (installments not permitted).
* Your credit card may be charged to verify its validity if credit card payment is selected. This charge will be cancelled after the settlement is confirmed.
* Debit Cards and Prepaid/Reloadable Cards are not accepted.

PayPal Express Checkout
Simply select PayPal option during checkout and then input your payment information on the PayPal website. You can select several different funding options.
Important Notes
- Your payment will be processed at the time of shipment.
- For high-value pre-orders, if the order exceeds a certain amount, payment will be processed at the time of check out and not during shipment.
- Orders outside of Japan and Taiwan will be charged in United States Dollars (USD). The exchange rate will be determined by your credit card company or financial institution. We cannot provide a specific rate that you will be charged at.
