This notice is to inform you that a product defect has been discovered in Good Smile Company's MODEROID El Dora V, which arrived at wholesale stores from the 27th of October 2023.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope for your understanding in this matter. Please see below for information about the defect and how we intend to offer support for customers.

Defect Details
The color of Part O12 (the head crest part of El Dora V) is different from the original specification.
Left: Correct, Right: Defective (The color of Part O12 is wrong)
Support Procedure
We will send corrected parts [Part O molded in red color (unpainted)] to customers who find their products are affected.
Please fill in the necessary information on our inquiry form.

・Please state that you are requesting the corrected part.
・Please send a photo of the defective head part.
*In the case that you are requesting replacement parts for multiple products, please prepare photos of all defective parts.
Notice regarding applying for replacement parts
- After submitting the inquiry form, you will receive a submission receipt email (immediately) and a confirmation email (within 4 business days).
- If you do not receive a submission receipt email (immediately) and a confirmation email (within 4 business days), please check your email address and try again.
Notice Regarding Shipping of Replacement Parts
- The corrected parts will be sent out to customers in order from late December 2023.
- We will not collect the defective parts, but please be sure to keep the defective parts with you until the arrival of the replacement parts.

Only the corrected parts [Part O molded in red color (unpainted)] will be sent. Packaging as well as other parts that are not defective will not be included.
For customers overseas: Replacement parts will be shipped free of charge, but you may be required to pay customs duty or tariffs upon receipt. Thank you for your understanding.
