About Plus Addressing
Plus addresses are variations of an email address that can be created by adding a plus sign ("+") and optional text after the plus sign. Emails sent to plus addresses are delivered to the original email address account. There are various forms of plus addresses. An example is listed below.
Example:
Original email address: goodsmilecompany@gsc.com
Plus address: goodsmilecompany+support@gsc.com
While plus addresses could be used for registration on the old GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP website, please note that plus addresses cannot be used on the new Good Smile Company Online Store website.
If your GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP email address included a plus address tag, please note that you will not be able to reset your password as required when registering on the new Good Smile Company Online Store.
In order to use the Good Smile Company Online Store, the email address on your account will need to be changed by our customer support team. Please contact our customer support team with the following information:
- Your previously registered email address (including plus address tag)
- The new email address you would like to set for your account.
