Note that the Good Smile Company Online Store is unable to take action on this matter as this is a decision made by the credit card company in order to prevent unauthorized use.
Due to security reasons, you will not be able to log in to your My Account at the Good Smile Company Online Store if you fail to make a payment a certain number of times. You will need to unlock your account by contacting customer support team. (will be responded in order from the next business day).
Due to the above, if your account is locked after our business hours (6:00 pm JST) on the last day of the preorder period, you will not be able to place your order.

It is an additional security layer for online credit card shopping. Various information such as credit card transaction history, devices in use for payment, user's address, payment frequency and payment amount are analyzed in real time to determine whether payment is possible or not. Therefore, there may be cases where a credit card that can be used on other websites cannot be used on the Good Smile Company Online Store, or where payment cannot be made only on the Good Smile Company Online Store.

If you try to make a payment multiple times on the last day of the preorder period, your account may be locked and you will not be able to place your order on that day. When placing an order on the last day of the preorder period, please try using the credit card via PayPal before trying a second time.
